Project Background

Before the lighting renovation, the xx material supply warehouse used suspended fluorescent lamps, which had severe light attenuation and an average illuminance of 20LX, far below the warehouse lighting standard (the lighting standard for large item warehouses is 50Lx). In addition, fluorescent lamps consume more energy and have higher costs compared to LED lamps, so the lighting urgently needs to be upgraded.

Project Proposal

Based on the current lighting situation of the xx material supply warehouse, a lighting solution has been developed to replace and renovate it with LED platform lights. The platform light has a small wattage, high brightness, and precise ring lighting design, which can meet the 360 ° lighting needs of the warehouse site. The driving circuit efficiency is above 0.9, and the average service life of the light source is up to 100000 hours. It is efficient, energy-saving, and maintenance free, achieving the best cost-effectiveness between energy saving, brightness, and cost.

After developing the lighting solution, the on-site environment and space were modeled using professional optical simulation software, and lighting data was imported to ensure that the lighting requirements were met. The warehouse is 14 meters long, 12 meters wide, and 6 meters high, with a total of 384 sets of LED platform lights installed. The average illuminance after the renovation is above 90Lx, which is about 5 times the illuminance before the renovation, making it economical and energy-saving.
